Rune Stølan, Managing Director

Rune Stoelan is Managing Director in ICB Digital. He has great experience from working with new business development on national level in Norway. He has also international experience in project development and consulting in SME sector, local economic development, entrepreneurship and innovation. Stoyan Boev

Stoyan Boev, co-Founder

Stoyan Boev is co-Founder at ICB Digital and also co-founder and Managing director of Interconsult Bulgaria (ICB). In addition, he is a Member of the Executive Board of DIGITALEUROPE since 2014 and is also Vice Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT) and Member of the Bulgarian Board of the ICT ClusterHaving more than 20 years of experience in software company management and strategic development he is responsible for new business and new products development at ICB Digital. 

Ivelin Andreev, CTO

Ivelin Andreev is CTO at ICB Digital, recognized by Microsoft as Most Valuable Professional (MVP) since 2018 and with more than 18 years of practical experience in the field of software engineering. He has been the chief software architect and team lead in the development of multiple ICB Digital IIoT solutions and leading the implementation at several production enterprises. He is an external ICT expert in the European Commission, Eurostars-Eureka programme, Innovation Fund Denmark and RIF Cyprus, certified Microsoft Professional Developer and Data Platform specialist.

With strong experience in design and development of web systems, SOA, enterprise integration, machine learning, web security and data management, he is a practical man who always tries to balance between risk and flexibility. As a master in Bio- and Medical computer science, his interest in IoT could be tracked back to times when the term was freshly coined and yet unpopular.
